very dissatisfied I bought my 2013 Jeep in to have the heated air for the cabin fixed. The resulting quote included a new antifreeze radiator and heat exchanger, an new I bought my 2013 Jeep in to have the heated air for the cabin fixed. The resulting quote included a new antifreeze radiator and heat exchanger, an new oil radiator and heat exchangers. In addition to replacing the heating duct. I told the Chris the at the service desk that these items are guaranteed and for the life of the car! He said there was sediment in the oil ducts, I also reminded home that I change and have records of changing the filter and fill synthetic oil before it is due to be changed. If there is particles in the oil duct that is your or jeeps fault and is also guarantee for life. I dropped my Jeep off the night before the first service call and Chris called me back at 9:15 and said they had taken the dashboard out and checked everything and that is when I outlined the above items he wanted to replace which were never supposed to need to be replaced. That night at 5:30 I called and he said they NO WORK was done on the car, again I flipped out, at 9:15 he had the whole dashboard out but never got to work on the car! I demanded that it de done by the next day ASAP. They only got part of the job done because they said they had to order a new part. He called When he had the new part, again I dropped it off Wednesday night to be serviced on Thursday and called every night and it took them until Monday to get the job partially completed. They also said there was a recall on the passenger air bag and they replaced it. When I started the car, the airbag light never went out, when it never stayed on in the first place. Again, another thing that has to be fixed again! I also asked the to look at why, when opening the drivers side door, the light did not go on nor the radio turn off. They did not do this and also did not reattach the web that keeps the door from opening more than it should, when Chris cam out to look at it, it swung out all the way and the mirror stem made a dent in the body! And they never even looked at why the items listed above do not work properly when the door is opened! Now I will have to go in a third time to get this worked on and your jeep dealership has had my car in your repair shop for 5 full days total after they said they had the whole thing apart after 2 hours on the first morning...and I still have to go back in a third time to have you repair things you did not fix right like the airbag light staying on after the ignition is turned on. And I have spent $2,800 and still have to go back a third time so the job is completed the way it should have been the first time. Social media is very powerful and I will use it depending on how these last things are fixed. I also told Chris that I want the leftover items fixed in one day no matter how many mechanics are needed. Also I am nothing but nice until i hear things like the radiators and exchangers needing to be replaced which I know do not. More

Romeo walked us through the process, clearly explaining everything step by step. He handed us off to Trevor who was also professional and clear in his process. Neither of them were pushy. Romeo was good at following up to see how I like my vehicle. Romeo impressed us enough that I sent him referral a few days later. More

The next day they emailed telling her they had another vehicle available at the price they agreed upon, she agreed to come in and look. I went to the dealership with her to check out the vehicle, the salesman said the vehicle sold 15 minutes before our arrival. He showed her a 2019 V8 and we went for a test drive, when we pulled back in he explained the V8 was about 2k more than the vehicle he showed her the day before so he needed to speak with his sales manager. We waited 35 minutes and the salesman returned with his sales manager Sean McGarvey, who sat down and said they no longer had any 2019 vehicles of any kind in stock. When I questioned about the 2019 V8 that we just test drove and were awaiting pricing on he snapped and said well if she wanted a 2019 she should have bought one last night. He was rude & unprofessional. More
