Not Organized I was called by service because my 10,000 service was coming up. They asked when I would like to come, but informed me they do not conduct service on I was called by service because my 10,000 service was coming up. They asked when I would like to come, but informed me they do not conduct service on weekends, which seemed odd to me. I asked the woman on the phone how working professionals get their cars serviced if they do not have weekend hours. She had no answer. She haggled with me over weeknight availability, and offered me a Tuesday at 4:30pm. I received a favor from my bosses to be able to leave so I could attend this appointment. Mind you, I work in mental health and I have individuals who rely on me for their care, so another clinician handled my cases for me as a courtesy. I arrived at Alfa Romeo, which turned out to be the wrong place. The phone rep never told me I had to go to Jeep for service. I got back in my car and drove up to Jeep. I reached the service center at 4pm (a half hour early). The woman asked what I was there for. I told her I was there for my 4:30 appointment. She told me all of their service techs were leaving. She then discovered I wasn’t even in the computer. I was shocked. I told her THEY called ME and that I only came on this day because they don’t have weekend hours. She informed me that the woman on the phone was wrong and that they DO have weekend hours. She apologized several times, then offered me a weekend appointment. Just a mess, unprofessional, and no one seemed to know which end is up. I fail to understand why so many people struggle to satisfy a single appointment, especially when THEY reached out to ME. I attended my appointment and it went fine. However, after being assured I would be in-and-out due to the inconvenience of this series of mistakes, I was still there for hours. Needless to say, I do not recommend this service location and I do not intend to return. I will have the car serviced at a location that has their act together and give those individuals my business. This location did not make me feel like a valued customer. I intend to share this review with the Alfa Romeo club I a member of, as well. Please reach out to discuss if you have any questions, as no one has attempted to put this right or speak with me yet. I gave two stars instead of one because the car was serviced as promised. Ron was friendly and this review is no reflection on him, as he was a solid rep on the day of my service. More
