Terrible, disorganized, RUDE, non informative! I will never buy a Jeep ever again. Since I got this brand new truck, less than a year ago, it’s been nothing but issues and absolute horrendous custo I will never buy a Jeep ever again. There were some parts that were disappointing to me I have been driving Mercedes for last 15 years. I cane back to Chrysler because I was in need of a van and drive a Chrysler Van years ago. The staff was courteous and quick to solve any problems I brought my car in for normal upkeep, it’s first visit since purchase. I had to wait almost three weeks for appointment as I needed a loaner On arrival, in the pouring rain, your technician was courteous in his welcome and offering to help with young child. Your staff who checked me in was likewise very courteous But than I was forced to wait while a customer who arrived after me was assigned their loaner. Her loaner was driven into garage where she was able to transfer out of the weather. They than moved cars so she could back out of garage. It was than my turn, approximately 15-20 minutes after standing in garage with young child. Your staff came to me, without any kind of greeting, thrust a paper in front of me to sign, and told me my car was outside. Now remember, I had a young child (3 years old), it was pouring rain, and I had to carry a car seat out and install. She never offered any assistance. Not at all what I expected. Why wasn’t my loaner brought in?? When I returned to pick up my car, I was beyond surprised to find out that the car was not even cleaned. I had also had some small scratches buffed out, and that was the only area cleaned. The inside was never touched. No matter the weather, when I received my car back at MB, it was always cleaned inside and out. At this time, I am extremely disappointed in my visit. More
