Made an appointment two weeks ago for a recall on my Fiat 500c. Appointment was at 7:45 am as I would be waiting and wanted to be first in the queue. Arrived at 7:30 am Fourth car to be admitted. My car sat for 2 hours outside in the lot while people who had come before and after me came and went. After assurances from Chris that I was going to be next, I waited another 45 minutes in the lot. Finally I went inside to get me keys and leave. While Chris apologized what does that fix? Bad service. Bad service advisor. I live 45 minutes away and had to leave at 6:30 am to make the appointment. Never again. Second time and last time for me at Ramsey. More
