came in for my regular oil change, tire rotation, brakes inspection and tailgate sticking. Rated poor below because it wasn't explained to me that the $110.00 charge was that the tech had to take apart th inspection and tailgate sticking. After calling back the next day Steve researched it and explained. 12/6/2022 seemed the service dept. was understaffed, or appointments were over scheduled. Lots of complaining in the customer lounge of how much time they had been there. More
