we're very sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your service visit. Unfortunately, the work you were having done was time intensive and required several hours to complete. In fact, your vehicle was started on when you first arrived this morning. I'm sorry you may have misunderstood, but our service advisor did tell you that it would take about half a day... You posted at 1:24 that we hadn't started on your car, but all 5 hours worth of work was completed and you were on your way at 1:49pm... We do appreciate your business, and sorry if you felt your wait was too long, but sometimes, the simplest repairs require more than it may seem. We hope you'll reconsider visiting us again, and we look forward to serving you again. We will take extra care to ensure you are made aware of your wait times next time so that you can plan your time accordingly.
