Transmission replace on road trip They took 5 days to get a replacement transmission for my 2002 f 150 .I rented a f150 from across the street $85 plus a day. Had they been kind eno They took 5 days to get a replacement transmission for my 2002 f 150 .I rented a f150 from across the street $85 plus a day. Had they been kind enough to tell me how long a replacement would have taken .I would have driven to Atlanta to pick -up myself and deliver to dealer.Next day delivery from Atl . would have been less than a week in motel . Was at this dealerearly 2000`s before Ramey took over and they had me out next morning . No contact ,I had to drive over to check on truck each day. Also filler tube came unseated early after repair , now I have another new transmission !! More

Very good job! Took my truck in for an oil change tire rotation and balance. I could tell my tires were way out of balance because of the road vibration. It don't get any better than Ramey Ford!!!! I have given Ramey a "five star" rating because they always give me the best service on my vehicle. The staff at the service center are so very frien I have given Ramey a "five star" rating because they always give me the best service on my vehicle.
