Fast and sweet I took my car in for an oil change. The lady at the service department greeted me with a smile and was very nice. It was awful Came up there with the thought of having a factory warranty bc my truck only has 32000 miles on it and it’s a 2017 model. Only to find out I’m out $10 Came up there with the thought of having a factory warranty bc my truck only has 32000 miles on it and it’s a 2017 model. Only to find out I’m out $106 dollars diagnostics fee bc Ramey in richlands put bigger tires on the vehicle and it wore out all the tie rods and was gonna cost me $900 and some dollars to fix. I’ve had lifted vehicles before with problems and they have always fixed it. Ramey ford is a joke and I’ll never be back. I’ve bought several vehicles off rameys but I’ll not buy another one from them at any car lot. More
