My grandparents went to Ramey to trade their loaded 2013 Taurus with 8k miles in on a Lincoln MKS. The dealer told them he would pay the Taurus' loan off for the trade. My 80 year old grandparents thought i Taurus with 8k miles in on a Lincoln MKS. The dealer told them he would pay the Taurus' loan off for the trade. My 80 year old grandparents thought it was a good deal even though it was half the trade in value from kbb (they didn't know). I was furious he took them that bad. Well, the day after my dad goes over there and finds out he didn't pay the car off, just the old loan. He moved the loan value to the new car's loan so he essentially got the car for free. They got nothing for that car and didn't know better even though they were close to paying it off. While my dad was explaining that they didn't know that was the case, the dealer begins to laugh with his other dealers and tell him "they signed the papers, it's done. If he thinks he screwed him it's because he did." My dad was furious because he knows my wife and I are young, she's pregnant, and we could have bought that car. After my dad started expressing this, he asked David Sluss what he would take for the car they traded right now. Sluss said "I don't want to sell this car to you with the way you act." This was the gm of the dealership that said this. Please do not ever buy a car from them. They took advantage of my grandpa on Veterans Day after my grandpa has been disabled since the Korean War. They won't get my money for the new fusion I was buying this month that's for sure. More

I called and made appt for it felt like my low 4 wheel drive was stuck, it wouldn't release.....when the guy drives it, says it needs bearings really bad in left front wheel......I ask to talk to the mech drive was stuck, it wouldn't release.....when the guy drives it, says it needs bearings really bad in left front wheel......I ask to talk to the mechanic.....he said on the paper was only written noise and vibration.....I never said this, I asked the guy why he didn't write what I asked, he said he didn't know......then the mechanic tells me my bearings aren't bad yet.....the guy lied to me from the service desk....whats going on here? want to talk to the owner or someone in charge....... More

I called for an appt, for it felt like my low 4 wheel drive button, never released....explained my whole problem.....the guy later comes out and says I need bearings really bad in left front wheel....I a drive button, never released....explained my whole problem.....the guy later comes out and says I need bearings really bad in left front wheel....I ask to speak to the mechanic, and the guy never told the mechanic my problem, but said it had noise and vibration, I never said this.....I asked the guy why he didn't write down what I really said, he said...I dont' know.....I'm beyond pissed now......then the mechanic says my bearing is not bad yet, the complete opposite of what the guy told me.....talk about getting ripped off, and over a year ago, I paid $3,800.00 for a new transmission, which now I"m not sure I needed......if I find out I was ripped off again for money, will be a lawsuit.....boy Andy Clark has gone downhill, no integrity.....
