Kathy is awesome! ! We had an issue with our truck on 10/30/23 while on our way down to Florida pulling a large travel trailer. When we called the dealership and talked ! We had an issue with our truck on 10/30/23 while on our way down to Florida pulling a large travel trailer. When we called the dealership and talked to Kathy she told us to come right in. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and concerned about us. I can't even begin to say how grateful we are for her help, it could have turned into an awful situation but she helped us in such a way that it turned out wonderfully. I can't begin to sing her praises enough. Wish there were more people like her, she's wonderful and as an employee incredible! THANK YOU Kathy and Ramey Ford for fixing our truck fast and getting us back on the road! More
