"Easy an Exceptional!" "Very, Very Satisfying!" I give Ramey Ford a 5 star rating! Why, well I was treated awesome for one thing. I first contacted them after viewing some of their trucks they had I give Ramey Ford a 5 star rating! Why, well I was treated awesome for one thing. I first contacted them after viewing some of their trucks they had listed online. While viewing these trucks I was invited to a live chat with Venessa an then Emily. Venessa and Emily went above and beyond to answer my questions and concerns about all the vehicle's I asked about. They then transferred my information to LT Schooner in sales. He was very quick to respond an answer all my questions. An set up an appointment for me to come see him. I told him upfront my credit score wasn't the best but that I had money to put down. He assured me he could not only find the truck I wanted but promised to get my credit approved with the money I had to put down. Well LT an Matt who was my financial officer and underwriter, "did not disappoint me!" They worked the numbers over a few times got my approval and got my payments where they fit into my family's budget perfectly!! Also gave me an exceptional warranty on my truck. From there I was set down with Terry an Big Frank, they were informative about every document I signed. Made sure I understood it an what I was signing. Made it fun an totally non stressful. While all this was going on the detail crew jumped in an repolished every inch of my truck before I left there with it. An I'll say they done an excellent job!! I will be back in the future to buy a car for my wife an even possibly upgrade to another truck. This is the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had in my many year's of buying a vehicle. I wasn't pushed to buy anything I didn't want. An I was treated like I was a friend or one of the family. I would highly recommend this dealership an everyone I mentioned to my family and friends or to anyone looking to buy a new or used car or truck. Ramey Ford you have one extreamly very satisfied customer in me. I will be back again!! Thanks to everyone who helped me!! More

We actually attempted to purchase from a local dealer (we live in Pulaski County) in order to support a local business, but we are SO GLAD that we fou We actually attempted to purchase from a local dealer (we live in Pulaski County) in order to support a local business, but we are SO GLAD that we found a better deal and received better customer service at Ramey's!!!!!! When we went to test drive it, they trusted us enough to let us take it out by ourselves (no staff onboard) and the vehicle (slightly used) was SPOTLESS!!! The staff at Ramey's Ford in Princeton actually appreciated our business and we highly recommend them! Ask for LT or Tabitha!!! More

Searching for a truck I found a F150 I was interested in and I was assisted by Mr Fiery. We spoke about the truck and he advised me about the history of it having been a re I found a F150 I was interested in and I was assisted by Mr Fiery. He spent time answering my questions about the truck and checked about recalls that came up in the days we discussed the purchase. I feel he helped me get the best trade possible out of my old car. I found a vehicle I am extremely pleased with my experience with Ramey Ford! I am a mother of 4 boys ranging from 17 month old twins to a 6 year old. I found a vehicle on Ramey Ford's website; called L. T. and took care of everything over the phone; and my new vehicle was delivered to my house at 10:45pm that night. I did not have to leave the house with 4 active boys. I love the new car and they took my old car with them as a trade-in. I still can't believe all of this was done from the comforts of my home. I 100% recommend this dealership! More

Great, quick, no nonsense car purchase Drove 90 minutes to go to this dealership that I was totally unfamiliar with because we knew the car we wanted and they had a color that none of our l Drove 90 minutes to go to this dealership that I was totally unfamiliar with because we knew the car we wanted and they had a color that none of our local dealerships had. Incidentally it was also a little less expensive then the ones at our local dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to also find out the paperwork fees were less then half the amount charged by our local dealers. The process was extremely quick and efficient and there was no pressure for us to buy any add ons which was also a refreshing change. Toby Spicer was our sales rep and he was very pleasant and friendly to deal with. The financial officer (I wished I remembered his name) was very quick, found us a great rate, and was also a pleasure to deal with. I’ve never bought a ford before but if I decide to get another, I will definitely check them out again. More
