Being a female you worry when you go on a car lot just because at other Rj Miller and Dave Sluss at Ramey Fordhave the best salesmen around the area. Being a female you worry when you go on a car lot just because at other dealerships they run you down like your a piece of meat but NOT Ramey Ford there salesman are very experienced kind and wait on you hand and foot they also wait til you get out look at a vechicle and then step in to try to sell which as a female I love it makes me feel valued. Terrible Experience I was working with Terry Freeman from Ramey Ford Princeton and I got the impression that he was not attempting to help me. His emails were vague and I was working with Terry Freeman from Ramey Ford Princeton and I got the impression that he was not attempting to help me. His emails were vague and did not give me information so I felt he was just saying anything to just get me to go on or to do the bare minimum because I was not a perfect, ideal customer with a 800 credit score. The next morning I emailed to inform him that I was going with another dealership that felt that were more willing to help me and he replied with a very childish remark that stated: "Terry Freeman at Ramey Ford Princeton Thu, Sep 20, 11:20 AM (6 days ago) to me OK thats fine with me I was also able to get you a loan worked out this morning on a NEW car. I told you I would try to get you the most worked out I could. Sorry I didnt answer you quick enough!!! Thank you Terry Freeman Sales Manager / Special Finance He then ignored my follow-up emails where I apologized and he not responded to me at all. This is very unprofessional and clearly shows that he was not worried about losing a potential customer. I made three clear attempts to tell him I was sorry and no response. Ramey, I would make sure he doesn't interact too much with the public. I live very close and will make it clear to not work with this individual if anyone is to ask or if I hear of anyone wishing to go to this location. I have left a poor review on Cars Direct and any other site that contains Ramey Princeton information, I will do the same. I wish I did not have to give one star. More
