Awesome New Truck Purchase Experience "PLEASANT AND PAINLESS" EXPERIENCE. I PURCHASED A NEW TRUCK FROM RAMEY FORD. THE PURCHASE WAS COMPLETED ON MONDAY (5-11-20) BUT STARTED WITH A PHONE C "PLEASANT AND PAINLESS" EXPERIENCE. I PURCHASED A NEW TRUCK FROM RAMEY FORD. THE PURCHASE WAS COMPLETED ON MONDAY (5-11-20) BUT STARTED WITH A PHONE CONVERSATION ON SATURDAY (5-9-20). I WAS ONLY INTERESTED IN THE FORD RANGER. THE SALES REP (GRADY) WAS EXCELLENT. VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WHEN WE ARRIVED ON MONDAY THE TRUCK, I WAS INTERESTED IN, WAS WAITING ON US. Awesome Used Truck Purchase Experience I purchased a used truck from a Ramey Ford. RC, the sales rep went out of his way to ensure that all of my questions were answered and he took the tim I purchased a used truck from a Ramey Ford. RC, the sales rep went out of his way to ensure that all of my questions were answered and he took the time to make me and my family feel like part of the Ramey family. He was very polite and very knowledgeable of the different vehicles that we looked at. Our son is a Iraq veteran with PTSD from his 2nd tour. He was a major and has earned a medal of valor , the reason for his PTSD. He has struggled since his return .
