I was able to make an appointment to have some minor service work on and oil change done before we went out of town. My wife and I met Mr. Spicer about 9 years ago at Ramey Ford when he helped us with the purchase of a new 2012 MKS for my wife. Since that time we have become good friends. I’m sure the other sales people are friendly and efficient too, but I was not inclined to buy a new vehicle from anyone except Toby. In fact, I did not even compare deals at another dealership. Maybe that’s not considered good business by some, but to me trust, service and loyalty are worth more than potentially saving a few dollars. Toby showed me several available vehicles and then said he had one that would probably be a “good fit” for me. I thought I might miss the luxury of the Lincoln, but after looking at the Bronco Sport, he was right. The dealership management was considerate and gave me extra financial consideration for problems I recently had with the sunroof on the MKS, which they didn’t have to do since it was way past warranty. Mr. Martin quickly finished the paperwork and I enjoyed the drive back to Monroe County. The Bronco Sport looks great in my driveway. Thanks, Bill K. More
