I tried to order a 2022 badlands first bronco from my local dealer. They told me it was going to be 12-14 months before I receive it. Mind you I have $30,000 cash to put down perfect credit etc when I sh local dealer. They told me it was going to be 12-14 months before I receive it. Mind you I have $30,000 cash to put down perfect credit etc when I should be able to get it within less time. They had one big bend available that msrp at $33,795 and they want $58,060 for it. Over $14,000 over msrp after the aftermarket parts they put on it just for it to be on their lot. I have always been a faithful ford buyer but your Princeton,WV dealership will not be getting my almost full cash offer to buy/order what I actually wanted. How shameful that a dealership to charge a AMA fee for a vehicle sitting on the lot of $14,000 over msrp. Mind you the cobra sitting in there they want $20,000 over msrp. Every other brand is not charging over msrp nor a fee just because it wasn’t pre-bought and is sitting on their lot. Every one of their vehicles brand new has this fee. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I was able to make an appointment to have some minor service work on and oil change done before we went out of town. They told me when I got there would take 45 minutes to an hour and it was completed w service work on and oil change done before we went out of town. My wife and I met Mr. Spicer about 9 years ago at Ramey Ford when he helped us with the purchase of a new 2012 MKS for my wife. Since that time we have become good friends. I’m sure the other sales people are friendly and efficient too, but I was not inclined to buy a new vehicle from anyone except Toby. In fact, I did not even compare deals at another dealership. Maybe that’s not considered good business by some, but to me trust, service and loyalty are worth more than potentially saving a few dollars. Toby showed me several available vehicles and then said he had one that would probably be a “good fit” for me. I thought I might miss the luxury of the Lincoln, but after looking at the Bronco Sport, he was right. The dealership management was considerate and gave me extra financial consideration for problems I recently had with the sunroof on the MKS, which they didn’t have to do since it was way past warranty. Mr. Martin quickly finished the paperwork and I enjoyed the drive back to Monroe County. The Bronco Sport looks great in my driveway. Thanks, Bill K. More
