I wasn’t originally gonna give 3 stars, I was thinking only 2 but the only thing that saved me to continue to purchase from this dealership was the finance managers team. I purchased my truck May 12,2023 only 2 but the only thing that saved me to continue to purchase from this dealership was the finance managers team. I purchased my truck May 12,2023 it is now May 24, 2024. I have asked 3 or 4 times for the second key. Seems like they don’t really care as far as that end goes but the actual purchase of the truck and finance portion was extremely great. Just wish they would take the customer serious. Would really like to have my second key that they promised an individual named “Erin” would bring in. More

I’m very disappointed. I love the car. All cars sold at dealerships should include 2 working keys. No questions. Mine didn’t and when inquired they told me there was no “mo I love the car. After delivery I opened the fob and inside was an uncut blank metal key. So not only did I only receive one fob, I received no working metal key to open the car in the event of a dead battery or fob. Completely unacceptable. Charity was easy to work with and very nice, but a second key should not even be questioned. More
