I am 77 years old and I have never dealt with a car salesman so cooperative and so set in seeing my every request or demands were met. In no time with my conversation with him it felt like I had known salesman so cooperative and so set in seeing my every request or demands were met. I’m very disappointed. I love the car. All cars sold at dealerships should include 2 working keys. No questions. Mine didn’t and when inquired they told me there was no “mo I love the car. All cars sold at dealerships should include 2 working keys. No questions. Mine didn’t and when inquired they told me there was no “money” left in the deal to make a second key. After delivery I opened the fob and inside was an uncut blank metal key. So not only did I only receive one fob, I received no working metal key to open the car in the event of a dead battery or fob. Completely unacceptable. Charity was easy to work with and very nice, but a second key should not even be questioned. More
