I called and made an appointment and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Very nice people that work there and they showed me things I might need to keep an eye for future service such as brakes. I recomen about 30 minutes. Very nice people that work there and they showed me things I might need to keep an eye for future service such as brakes. I recomend Ramey Ford Highly. More

I wasn’t originally gonna give 3 stars, I was thinking only 2 but the only thing that saved me to continue to purchase from this dealership was the finance managers team. I purchased my truck May 12,2023 only 2 but the only thing that saved me to continue to purchase from this dealership was the finance managers team. I purchased my truck May 12,2023 it is now May 24, 2024. I have asked 3 or 4 times for the second key. Seems like they don’t really care as far as that end goes but the actual purchase of the truck and finance portion was extremely great. Just wish they would take the customer serious. Would really like to have my second key that they promised an individual named “Erin” would bring in. More
