Horrible. Just Horrible! I came to this dealership with over 12,000 saved up for a vehicle, but with little established credit due to being younger. The dealership forced me I came to this dealership with over 12,000 saved up for a vehicle, but with little established credit due to being younger. The dealership forced me to be the co-buyer on a car that was 20,300.00, and had me put someone else first on the loan. I had money for over half the price of the car, and was employed at the same job fulltime for over 6 years at that time. They also lied on the paperwork to the loan company (which I told them not to) which made us have a horrible time trying to fix it. I was also told the $300 extra on the vehicle was due to my credit history and an additional charge for me to pay. Then my credit was ran to additional banks (I have credit monitoring) after we already had the vehicle, and signed the loan papers due to their lying. All without my permission of course. These people was crooked in every way possible. I WILL NOT do business here again, and my credit is awesome now. You violated Fair Lending Acts and could had been sued. Thanks to your company I studied on loans so much that I now work in that field. More
Worst salesman Drove over 2 hours each way to look at a truck that had "plenty" of room for negotiation, sales manager would only come off a little. Finance Manager messed up contract, had to resign a month later. Credit report was hit over 15 times over the course of 2 months. Have had the car 3 months and still no tags. Decided to return for some crazy reason for a scheduled oil change. Waited an hour and twenty minutes to be told they were overbooked and it would at least be another 30 minutes and that is with an appointment. Run!!!! I purchased cars here in the past, it is not the same Ramey. Learn from my mistake!!! More

I have to have a car where I can reach the pedals. So I tried many cars, even those not Chevrolet, I have to thank William for being so knowledgeable and doing everything he could to make us comfortable. More

Customer Service A software issue was identified on my 2015 Jeep. A software update was performed, but the issue returned within 48 hours. When I returned for addi A software issue was identified on my 2015 Jeep. A software update was performed, but the issue returned within 48 hours. When I returned for additional service, an update was again performed. Issues were identified completing the initial update. The issue has again returned and the vehicle is again scheduled for repair. After the initial service, I had the opportunity to speak with Patrick, at the Service Desk and Nathan Biggs, Warranty Manager. I think both gentleman listened to my complaints and have given me great Customer Service. The initial charge for service has been refunded. And the vehicle is scheduled again to see if a fix can be found. Prior to this issue, I had found the service department to be less than customer friendly. Working with Patrick and Nathan have certainly changed my mind and I plan to have future routine maintenance and repair work done at the Jeep garage. Employees such as these two are great assets to Ramey Jeep. As a woman, I am especially intimidated in a garage and have often felt somewhat taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge. Because of my experience with Nathan and Patrick, I feel like I have been dealt with very fairly and honestly. Anyone can sell you anything ONCE. It takes folks like these two to guarantee repeat business. More

Service on 1998 GMC Suburban I was greeted immediately with a very friendly, but professional person in the service department. Not only did they verify what I wanted done to my I was greeted immediately with a very friendly, but professional person in the service department. Not only did they verify what I wanted done to my vehicle, they gave me a ride home, and called before any repairs were done. I appreciated the call, as opposed to receiving a huge bill, unaware of repairs being done without my permission. I have always had excellent service from the team at Ramey Motors, and I would recommend anyone to visit them for all their vehicle needs. Skip Gibbs More
