Absolutely useless and horrible! ! Took my truck for appointment 7am and at 5:30 pm they still hadn't diagnosed my truck!!! What a complete waste of time! This is my work truck so I l ! I also asked them 3 times if they were backed up or how busy are they ? and the receptionist told me they weren't backed up at all and it shouldn't be a problem getting to my truck!!! What a joke!!! For other services I would rate 4 stars and recommend them. However their auto butler service is never done per the agreement. We pay for the upgrade but the car never gets touched prior to doing the c them. However their auto butler service is never done per the agreement. Very disappointing. More
