I scheduled an appointment online. I arrived to my appointment at the scheduled time. When I arrived, I informed the service member that I would be waiting while my vehicle was service I arrived to my appointment at the scheduled time. When I arrived, I informed the service member that I would be waiting while my vehicle was serviced. I brought my vehicle in to have the rear AC looked at, as it is not cooling properly. I let the service member know that I would not be in the waiting area. She confirmed my phone number and stated she would contact me when my vehicle was diagnosed. I told them that I understood that due to my appointment being late in the day (2pm) that repairs might not done. I stated that I was fine with it being diagnosed and I would schedule an appointment, at a later date, for repairs. At 6pm I received a phone call stating I could come get my car and that it had not been seen. When I got back to the desk, I was informed that they were short staffed that day due to people calling in sick that morning. When asked why I was not called to cancel, I was informed that due to me scheduling my appointment online, my information was not in the system. I purchased my vehicle from this location. They had my number in the system already when I told them I was not going to be waiting in the service department waiting room. I was offered no other explanation other than "you scheduled it online". No other resolution was offered than for me to schedule another appointment. Horrible experience. More
