Service person said it would be same day service, not true. Went to dealer shop next morning and the service had not even began. Company rep talked to manager of dealer ship about issue and asked us too true. Went to dealer shop next morning and the service had not even began. I have a recall on my vehicle, which they forgot to take care of the recall, David got me in quickly , very appreciative of him!!
