Ryan in service has been good but the vehicle purchased there has been a nightmare. Finance department are sneaky thieves. We did business with mike in finance. He walked us through all the extras like Gap , road hazard and extended warranty. We decided against any extras and decided coverage on paper. Be finished the loan and a tablet. As he quickly scrolled through, he just had my tough the boxes which signed my name. Once we finished signing, Mike printed all the paperwork and sealed it in an envelope. He said keep it in the car and don’t take it out. I took out the paperwork to read over it and put insurance on the car. I noticed Mike added $2900 for extended warranty, $1150 for tired protection, and $700 for gap coverage. We immediately went back to the dealer to voice our concerns. They canceled those extras and said the money would be added to the back end of our loan. How many other people did the finance department cheat ? Will never buy from that dealer again More
