Staff were super nice, only problem is, when you know a vehicle is an older model and you have to do a repair because of a recall, let the owner know that because of the age,etc. that the dash may get seve vehicle is an older model and you have to do a repair because of a recall, let the owner know that because of the age,etc. that the dash may get several cracks or breaks in it for that reason.
