I use this dealership, but through the years the service dept has gotten worse. Yesterday I was there for a little over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. At the hour and half mark the they said dept has gotten worse. Yesterday I was there for a little over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. At the hour and half mark the they said that I should replace my two air filters and showed me a price. I knew then that I would be a while longer. When I went to pay the young lady could tell that I wasn’t too pleased and said” I’m sorry they are working slow back there today.” Other customers in the lobby were having similar issues. More
