She communicates with you as your car is being serviced if anything extra is found that needs to be taken care of or if the timing for complication of your service is different than expected. I was dreading the entire process of getting a new vehicle and was not really looking forward to my visit that day but Charles changed everything for me. He was patient, kind, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Annual Inspection and factory recall I took my car in for the annual inspection, oil change, tire rotation and a factory recall. As usual the service was great, all employees that I deal I took my car in for the annual inspection, oil change, tire rotation and a factory recall. As usual the service was great, all employees that I dealt with were professional and polite, took the time to go over all my needs before the service to make sure that they understood and we were both in agreement as well as point out to me that as my factory recall required them to drain the oil that I would not be charged for the oil just the filter in my oil change, something I didn't expect. After the service they went over everything to make sure all my needs were addressed and that I understood what repairs were made in regards to the recall. I also received a follow-up text from Patrick checking on my car and thanking me for choosing Ralph as well as a link for battery tips. Above and beyond for customer service! This is my 3rd vehicle with Ralph as well as my husband's who has purchased 3 vehicles from Ralph and they will continue to be our Honda dealer of choice, not just for the vehicle but the awesome service! And, they even washed and cleaned my vehicle after which is a standard practice! Thanks Ralph! More
