Troublesome check engine light Our check engine light on our 2013 Honda Pilot continued to stay on despite all types of efforts to diagnose and get to the bottom of the cause. It to Our check engine light on our 2013 Honda Pilot continued to stay on despite all types of efforts to diagnose and get to the bottom of the cause. It took several visits but persistence paid off and it is finally not coming on after several days and use of the vehicle. Patrick was very patient and offered us every courtesy until the problem was solved. We had loaner cars and one was even delivered to the house since our other vehicle had a problem as well and we could not go to the dealership to pick it up. I'm sure that it was frustrating for everyone but they told us that once in a while a problem comes in that is out of the ordinary. We are grateful that the staff stuck with us until we had a positive result. More
