Had my car looked at and estimated the same night I brought it in. He kept me up to date on the progress of my car. Thank you to Kevin and the tech(s) (wish I knew their names so I could put them in here as well) who worked so quickly on my vehicle. More

He is much mo We just bought a used Pilot from Ralph Honda. First, I have to say that Dave Moffett is definitely NOT the stereotypical car salesman. He is much more interested in serving the customer than in selling cars. He was absolutely excellent through the whole process. There were no hidden fees or pressure to buy extras when we got to F&I. The vehicle we bought had corroded rims, but the dealership offered to have them repaired for us. We didn't have to hound anyone about it. The next thing I knew, Dave Moffett was calling me to drop the car off for rim refinishing. The dealership provided us with a brand new loaner vehicle while the rims were refinished, and at the end, the rims look like they're new! Did I mention the price was right and everything on this used car works exactly as it should? Ralph Honda is the first dealership I can actually recommend to someone else. More

The whole experience was relaxed, we had time to think and discuss, but didn't have to hang around and wait either. All our questions, especially about the technology, were answered in an understandable way. We ended up with a car very different from what we thought we were going to get, but it's a perfect fit! Literally - it's a Fit! Follow up has been excellent, and not annoying. Ralph Honda has a friendly, customer oriented atmosphere. I think I'm going to like it there! And I know I'm going to like my first ever Honda! More

Usually excellent svc but unhappy w/sloppy service this time This is my 4th regular service for my 2018 CRV and with this OC/Tire rotation, the oil filter supposedly had a crack in the gasket causing leaks. I wo This is my 4th regular service for my 2018 CRV and with this OC/Tire rotation, the oil filter supposedly had a crack in the gasket causing leaks. I worked in auto-service for 5 years back in the early '70's and when we performed an OC/filter replacement, not only did we insure the gasket area on the engine was cleaned but we ran our finger across the filter w/a very fine film of fresh oil insuring a good seal w/hand tightening. After replacing the oil filler plug & filling the engine oil, we then started the engine & inspected both oil plug & filter to insure no leaks. Once the engine ran for a couple minutes reaching normal oil pressure & no leaks, we drove the car out of the garage for the customer. Apparently, this did not happen w/my CRV or it would have been easily spotted that it was leaking. Fortunately, I noticed the leaking after the first stop running errands and then again when I got home....not a little oil either, a lot. So, I had to call & again drive to dealer to have this taken care. It did cause a major inconvenience for me as I was leaving for Buffalo later that day & with the leaking oil, could have caused my engine to cease and breakdown on the Thruway. I was not a happy camper this visit. More

I can't say enough good things about him I have been a customer service trainer by profession. I observe all, and can map out the entire 'lens of the customer' experience from beginning to end. And it went well. Here's the caveat: I was there on Friday Nov. 29 to test drive an HR-V. Ralph was looking to move cars by Saturday Nov. 30 to meet the monthly quota. As I came to a decision to make a deal, we had a tentative 'pick up' of Monday 12/2. Reasonable as expected. After Joe had his 'conference' with management, I was asked if I could come back the next day to close the deal (monthly quota). Joe was even willing to drive the car to my home! The usual hard press for 'extra services' (undercoating, rust-proofing, extended warranty etc), became a quick 'here's what we offer and the prices. You can think about it. You have until Jan 1 to decide', Amazing, no pressure! Had I said 'yes' to any, the delivery date would have gone into the the original Monday, if not Tuesday (missed monthly quota). Don't misunderstand, I took all of the above to be a good thing: quick and easy. My advice to all: wait for end of model year and time purchase for last day of month if you want low decent deal and low pressure on extras. 5-stars for sales (perhaps aided by good timing). I will update with a service rating, when the time comes. More
