This is the 2nd CR-V I purchased from Ralph Honda, specifically, Nathan. Went in to purchase a vehicle with my family and had a terrible interaction with one Linda the service manager. We set a time to test drive 2 vehicles and not only did we wait longer, I was told I should terrible interaction with one Linda the service manager.
