My experience with Ralph Honda for over five years has always been great! The employees are very friendly and helpful. My last two times fir service I was taken care of by Linda at the service desk. I use a cane and both times she moved my car to closer door in front which makes her go over and above in my eyes. I would definitely recommend Ralph Honda to all of my friends and family. More

Bought my 2019 civic which is a bad purchase based on a lot of manufacturers defects that the dealership will not fix after purchase. but what I don’t like is that they take advantage of their clients beca lot of manufacturers defects that the dealership will not fix after purchase. but what I don’t like is that they take advantage of their clients because I took my car in for wiper motor replacement. And I told them I needed it replaced and instead of of replacing it they charged me 145$ to tell me that I needed a new windshield wiper motor as if I didn’t already know. Only to tell me they even have the part in stock. Why would you agree to fix something if you don’t have the part of it ? when they finally put my car together they left out some screws which I called them out for. I’m never recommending Ralph Honda to anybody I know. They can’t be trusted. More
