This visit was for an oil change and tire rotation, Pat was my service writer. He always gives me great customer service. He said that Dale wasn't available that day but that he will keep an eye on another mechanic. (I had told him about a couple of experiences that I had in service that turned me off on coming back to the Ralph Honda dealership.) Only one thing wasn't done; a new sticker for my windshield telling me when to bring in my vehicle for my next oil change. Pat took care of putting a new sticker on my windshield. More
