I have been a customer of Ralph Honda ever since I bought my CR-V in 2016. Their sales and service departments are the best I've ever had. Salespeople are extremely helpful. I've been a very satisfied customer ever since. When I take my car in for routine maintenance, it's easy to make an appointment, they do the work, and my car is ready when they said it would be. One other thing is, they have a very comfortable waiting area while service is being performed. Comfortable chairs, televisions, books and magazines, and there's a free coffee bar with free snacks. It makes waiting for my car a pleasant experience. Kudos to Ralph Honda. I will certainly go there when I'm ready to purchase my next car. This visit was for an oil change and tire rotation, Pat was my service writer. He always gives me great customer service. I've been asking for the same mechanic to work on my vehicle each time I come in fo was my service writer. He always gives me great customer service. He said that Dale wasn't available that day but that he will keep an eye on another mechanic. (I had told him about a couple of experiences that I had in service that turned me off on coming back to the Ralph Honda dealership.) Only one thing wasn't done; a new sticker for my windshield telling me when to bring in my vehicle for my next oil change. Pat took care of putting a new sticker on my windshield. More
