I went in for an oil change and ended up leasing a new Honda Odyssey (my third). This is the forth Honda I've purchased at Ralph over the years. Working with Frank Christ and Bob Tomoser was a very pleasant experience just like the 2 previous times. Jim Hunter was also a pleasure to work with in finance. No high pressure and hassle free. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Steve Pecora my service advisor has also been great to work with one the years. Fortunately I have only gone in for routine maintenance because the Hondas are so well made. I have already referred my family and friends to Ralph Honda. Big thanks to all! More
