I purchased a cpo c63 from Jerry Merlo. Jerry was great to deal with and very friendly. He gave me a great price on the C63 and made me feel very comfortable and confident with my purchase. He was not pushy nor was he aggressive in selling me the car. When Jerry was not available to help me (he was off that day) with questions and test driving the car, Victor Cosme was as accommodating as Jerry Merlo. Surprisingly, Victor already new about my visits and arrangements with Jerry which made me feel more comfortable and at ease. The day of pick up was very quick and smooth. Jerry had all the paperwork ready for me and there were no surprises at the end. Everything that was discussed with Jerry and Eric Weiner (finance guy, really nice guy also) was what it was. Upon handing the keys to me Jerry said "if there is anything...i mean anything you are unhappy with the car or something you are not comfortable with please call me right away..." I said thank you and took my car. On my drive home I realized that the check engine light came on, I was not alarmed as I am a automotive technician myself and did not experience any abnormality in the performance. I also notice that the center air vents were not operating properly. The next day I called Jerry and told him of my situation and he immediately set up a service appointment with the service department the following business day. Jerry did not even question anything I said... rather he was proactive and responsive to my needs. I bought the car into service where I was immediately greeted by the car porters who put out paper floor mats on the floor as soon as they took my keys. I walked into the service department and spoke to Stephen Augustine who was also very friendly and helpful. We went over my situation, he gave me a loaner and off I went. I picked up the car the following day and everything was fixed! The Team at Rallye Mercedes is great!!! They are all extremely friendly and cordial. From the sales guys to finance guys to service advisors to the car porters. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in a Mercedes. Also, the dealership itself is really nice. Thanks a lot guys!!!! More

Just came in for a bulb replacement. Wonderful service, as always. They checked my tires, filled my wiper fluid, and washed my car, in addition to changing the bulb. For some reason or another we happen to have a car that requires service ofter for various little reasons. There is not one time my son,daughter in-law, or grandson has brought the car in with-out calling requires service ofter for various little reasons. There is not one time my son,daughter in-law, or grandson has brought the car in with-out calling me and talking about the superb service offered by Rally. We often compare them to the BMW dealer (our other car). Which we all now know CAN'T touch the Rally. I came in for my first service and inspection on my 2011 E350. They charged me $37 for an inspection. And the 1st inspection is supposed to be $10. It was corrected after I complained. I only had 6630 miles on my car so i asked the service advisor if I needed an oil change and he said might as well as long as you are here. When i reviewed my bill, i said that i requested all the things be checked on my car which was not true. The cost for a supposed oil change was extremely high. More
David Banco called me the day prior to my visit with concern after seeing my name on his service list (just a routine service). I appreciated that. He "adopted" me after Paul's retirement & has carried on the family tradition of treating me as though I was someone special!!! I have been a long-time customer at Rallye & had previously been a service customer with Nick Rizzi (until last year). This visit I was assisted by Ramiro Milian. He was wonderful...courteous, professional & managed to get me in & out quickly so I was able to arrive at my office in a very timely fashion! More
