My experience with Rallye Mercedes has always been a very satisfying one. The staff there is courteous, friendly and reliable. Service is always given with a smile -- and a great cup of coffee. Stopped by with my car two days ago because I was getting a right lower light out message. I explained that I could not wait long because I had to get to work. Mike came out to look at the car and confirmed a right lower light out message. I explained that I could not wait long because I had to get to work. Mike came out to look at the car and confirmed the problem. I also had a question about tire pressure and he checked that and reset the gauge. I was told it would be more than an hour but Doreen at the front desk said she would get Rob, a service advisor, to help me. Rob walked the bulb into the service area and my car was done immediately. Rob was outstanding. Doreen was outstanding. And Lou, who sold (leased) us the vehicle is always outstanding. Also, the gentleman who came out to look at my car, Mike, was also friendly and helpful. Everyone there is very helpful and does their job with a lot of care and enthusiasm. Other dealers should use Rallye as an example. Just the highest level of service from all of these people! More
