I have been dealing with Rallye Motors since 2000. When looking for my second Mercedes-Benz I visited other dealerships but Rallye had the car that I wanted. The sales department was very helpful. Over looking for my second Mercedes-Benz I visited other dealerships but Rallye had the car that I wanted. The sales department was very helpful. Over the years the service department has stepped up their customer care. In the beginning I dealt with two service advisors who were not very helpful nor very polite. I notice that they are no longer working at Rallye!! One day I was lucky to get Russ Cagarli as my service advisor. I have been going to him ever since. He is knowledgeable, helpful and polite. From the moment you drop off your car to the time you pick it up, the personnel at Rallye Motors demonstrate that they are interested in customer satifaction. So far I have bought two cars from Rallye and when I'm ready for my next Mercedes Benz I expect that this dealership will be my first choice. I've spoken to people who have used other dealerships and they do not get the kind of service that I receive at Rallye Motors. More

The experience to bring a car into service was seamless. Friendly, accommodating and there was no tensio to either dropping off the car or picking it up. We were asked to wait by the receptionist and feel free to browse a salesman would be with us shortly. After browsing and waiting and waiting and waiting, were virtually invisable and ignored until we de to browse a salesman would be with us shortly. I would not go back to this dealer or even attempt any other dealerships associated with the Rallye Motor Group. More
