unsatisfied I had purchased my vehicle at a different dealer but utilize Rallye for geographical convenience. I have been serviced at rallye at least 5x and have never left w/out being told that my car requires additional work, at a significant cost, which was unanticipated upon arrival. while i understand that this can validly occur on occasion it is difficult to accept it validly occurs each and every time I bring the car in. insult to injury, the quarters I keep in the ashtray for parking meters were gone following my last visit, not a huge deal, and THAT had never happened before. as HELMS brothers routinely sends service discount notifications that rallye does not, I will be visiting HELMS for my next service More

Professional, Responsive and Excellent Dealership I found a CPO 2015 E-350 at an excellent price and sent an email. Rodni contacted me right away and provided an extensive package of materials coverin I found a CPO 2015 E-350 at an excellent price and sent an email. Rodni contacted me right away and provided an extensive package of materials covering all aspects of the vehicle’s history, inspections, and a 360 video of the car. He followed up my many questions with very honest and helpful answers. He even gave me his personal number to call him on his day off! When I explained that I live in Virginia, the dealership was very accommodating and provided some reimbursement for my travel to New York. Rodni spent a lot of time wirh me explaining how to use all of the features of the car and even programmed the navigation for my trip home. He provided all of the documentation I would need to title the car in my state. And, again, he encouraged me to contact him on his personal number if I had any issue. I met other people at the dealership and they were equally gracious and helpful. The car is a dream, exactly as described. I honestly have never had a better experience with a dealership in all my years. I’m a 65+female and I especially was so pleased with the professional way this transaction was handled. Yep!
