Awesome experience My RX is our fifth car. It sits idled most of the time. As a result the battery was disconnected. We had to do an annual inspection. The disconnecte My RX is our fifth car. Consistent superior customer service This is my second Lexus I have purchased thru Rallye in the past 6 years. While it is commonplace for people to have their cars serviced by their local mechanic, I still come to Rallye for all oil changes and maintenance visits. Michael Montijo and the others are very courteous, and are expeditious in getting you in and out. They are quite accommodating, whether providing coffee/drinks/snacks in their waiting area, or providing a loaner car when needed.
