Always a great experience !! We have 3 Lexus vehicles and have never been disappointed by the people at Rallye. On this most recent occasion I was helped by Maria , my service advisor . My GX 460 was making a strange squeaking noise coming from the rear compartment . Maria went back inside and had the service manager take a test ride with me right on the spot. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and ordered the replacement part to correct the problem . I have been helped by all the service advisors over the years and all are extremely helpful . I would highly recommend using them for all your Lexus repairs. More
