I presently own 4 Lexus Autos, all purchased from Rallye Lexus. While I really like the Lexus automobiles, the main reason I continue to purchase them is the service Department. I have been a customer for Lexus. While I really like the Lexus automobiles, the main reason I continue to purchase them is the service Department. I have been a customer for 11 years and the level of service has continued to improve during this time. The words excellent service does not adquately describe my experience. Truely better service than an other Dealership, and I have owned Mercedes from Rallye Roslyn and Range Rover from Glen Cove and Lincoln from Port Motors to name a few. Cars are not perfect, they do need care. The Rallye Lexus Service department and everyone connected with it represent the finest cutomer service experience ,I've ever had. I will continue to be their customer and recommend them to friends and family. More
I had driven my car about 2 weeks when I decided to use the CD player. The first 3 CD's went in fine. Then it jammed. I was sure I had done something wrong. I called Dave Tubens, who had sold me the car an the CD player. The first 3 CD's went in fine. Then it jammed. I was sure I had done something wrong. I called Dave Tubens, who had sold me the car and told me to call if I needed anything. He told me to bring the car in. The next day I drove my car onto the lot. Dave met me and went into service while I sat in the car. In a matter of minutes, he returned with Joanna who arranged for the CD unit to be removed from the car. She calmed me down and said she would call me when the new unit arrived. About a week later, Joanna called me to tell me the unit had arrived. I brought the car in, Joanna greeted me and took me into the waiting room where I could be comfortable while waiting for the car. In a very short time, Joanna came in to tell me my car was finished. she also told me the CD's which I thought were lost to me would be mailed to her and I could pick them up when in the area. Joanna did get the CD's and called me. I forgot about the CD's and did not get back to the dealership for about 2 months but there were the CD's sitting on Joanna's desk waiting for me. Joanna is the person every service area should use as a model on how to treat customers when they come in with problems. She is friendly and professional. The mechanics are also fantastic and the work was done as soon as the car was received. Thanks More

Pam at Rallye Lexus is one of the most honest, friendly and down to earth people you will ever meet. It is great to know that when you bring your car to be serviced that you are getting the best service p and down to earth people you will ever meet.
