Pam is the best. Pam is the reason to do business with Rallye. Lately the pricing of cars and such hasn’t been as competitive but Pam is the reason I come to Rallye. When Jon Tetta was GM it was clear how important the client was. As a long term client as well as my father being one as well it seems to be more a customer experience then a client. Never even met new leadership. May go elsewhere for next car. More

Service is so great Pam Palasciano is always my service person and she is the best. Matter of fact I am retiring in 2 years as a registered nurse and I am looking for a special retirement car. And Lexus LX 570 is on top of my list among other European cars and Tesla Model X. I have nothing bad to say about Rallye Lexus. I am very happy and satisfied with this company. More

They were kind and professional. I had difficulty with glove compartment, which I could not open. I called Ralley Lexus and they told me to bring my car in. So did I. They greeted me I had difficulty with glove compartment, which I could not open. I called Ralley Lexus and they told me to bring my car in. So did I. They greeted me kindly and they told me that they would look into the problem. About 35 minutes later, they explained to me what was the problem and they took care of problem. I was so happy.
