I just leased my second Lexus with Josh and Kira at Rallye. I moved to Ct a few years ago, but the prices at Rallye and overall customer service experience keep me leasing out of New York instead of c Rallye. Josh and Kira gave me a great deal on my new Ct200H and were able to take back my old IS250 a year early with no penalty which was really great. Kira has been incredibly helpful throughout the process of leasing the car and continues to be helpful with questions I still have. I also really love my new hybrid ct200h...it's a great car so far...I'm excited to be saving on gas and on parking! More
Hello, My experience with this dealership was terrible, at least. After I read about a posting in this web site I contacted the dealer and a their representative agent told me over the phone and via email at least. She also implied that the price was negotiable.. and I didn't even asked for it, but I liked what she said and I drove all the way there. Please note that she called me several times to persuade me going there. So, I did go and I spend half day of my life for it... I saw the car, I liked it and when I asked for the price the salesman gave me a different quote than what advertised, obviousily it was more expensive and it was not negotiable. The salesman was also obnoxious and very dismissive. t the end he was not respectful. Even worse is the behavior of the rep I was dealing with before my visit. After that episode I sent her a couple of emails with no replies and I spoke once over the phone asking for a simple explanation. She said she'll call back soon, but she never did. Frankly it's not a civilized way of dealing with a potential customer or any human, I find it offensive and deplorable. More

From my very first call the experience with Rallye was exceptional. There is a young woman who works on Saturdays who handles all internet calls. After explaining that I was leaving town early that week, she made every arrangement for me to see the car. She called me back within a half hour and said that they would arrange for me to have a test drive that day. Kevin Losee, my sales rep, did an excellent job by providing me with all the information I could ever want. He was very patient and put no pressure on me for a decision. I believe we negotiated the best deal possible and Kevin went out of his way to research an alternative trim switch for me. All of the rest of the staff was friendly and professional. Given my age, I am very confused with the technology in today's cars. My wife and I went to Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove recently. We had a family gathering in town and had some time to spare. As we looked for a parking spot we found out they have valet parking. Boy were we shocked. What a treat! As we entered the showroom we were greeted by a very polite receptionist. When we told her we were in the market for a used car she put us in contact with a young man named Kevin Losee. He greeted us, introduced himself and asked for our names. (Which he didn't forget) He asked us about our driving habits. After a small conversation he suggested an ES350 without Navigation. He explained what the car had. He explained the warranty. He explained everything in simple terms that we actually understood him. We test drove it and loved it! My wife and I were very impressed. We went inside, sat at his desk. He made us coffee! then he introduced us to his manager Tony. What a pleasant man. We were so impressed we ended up buying the car. Kevin introduced us to Greg who made the financing as smooth as the sale. We highly recommend Rallye, Kevin, Tony and Greg. They made our car buying experience a true pleasure. More

I found Rallye Lexus online after having a bad experience at another Lexus dealership. I met with the sales manager who listened to my needs and referred me to a sales woman he felt could help me best. Kir at another Lexus dealership. Kira was polite and not pushy, she listened to everything I had to say and presented us with options we were unaware had even existed, needless to say she knew what she was doing! I didn't go home that day in a car, but after "checking up" on her information, did return to purchase my new CT200! I would strongly recommend her and really appreciated the whole experience of buying a car-for the first time and not just the ride hom in my sweet new ride! More

With our decision made, Kevin made the entire experience seamless from test driving, final car detailing concerns to closing the transaction.
