I must say that Kira went above and beyond what any sales person is required to do. My schedule is very busy and I appreciate that Kira accomodated that. The dealer, Andy, was very friendly and negotiable. He gave me a very decent trade-in value for my 2002 Toyota Camry. The deal and transaction went very smoothly. However, on the day of the sale, I wa gave me a very decent trade-in value for my 2002 Toyota Camry. The deal and transaction went very smoothly. However, on the day of the sale, I was only given one key because the secondary key was missing. I was ensured that my second key would be mailed to me via Fedex. After a week of waiting for the key, I was told that a second key would have to be ordered from Lexus and I would have to bring in my new Lexus RX350 back to the dealership to have them program it to my car (the drive for me would be 40 miles one-way, and the dealership was aware of this). The dealership offered to have someone from their company to drive my Lexus to have the key programmed, and loan me a car for the day. Overall, I was very disappointed in how things were handled after the deal was closed. Prior to closing, the dealer was very good with following up and meeting my expectations. But how does a dealership lose a key to one of their cars and then expect their customers to inconvenience themselves to pick it up? More

Specific individuals who I would like to acknowledge: Lauren Hu - Lauren was my initial point of contact as I did extensive amounts of research online. She patiently answered every one of my questions and returned all of my phone calls on the same day. I had very specific questions and she responded to me with honest, specific answers. Very pleasant to work with. Kevin Losee - Kevin is a car guy and I consider myself more knowledgable than most so it was a pleasure to work with someone who not only knows cars but knows the Lexus brand. Kevin Losee exemplifies what a salesperson should be. Kevn spent time with me, demonstrating the features of the car. He was extremely pleasant and patient, repeating things whenever I asked. He is prompt with return calls which I very much appreciate. Tony Costanzo - Tony is a first rate sales manager...very straightforward and honest. The price which I agreed to on the phone with him was honored when I arrived at Rallye. No back pedalling nor any games which I have experienced at many other dealerships. He met my aggressive request for delivery date and the vehicle looked simply outstanding on the date I needed. Given how the things stand, I plan my next car purchase to be at Rallye. This is our 4th Lexus from Bob.All transactions have been smooth and efficient, and you do not feel any of the typical high pressure sales tactics. I was looking for a certified pre-owned ES350 for about 2 weeks. Finally found the perfect car at Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove. David was a true professional, took his time explaining the features of the car and walked me through the sales process and also followed up with me after the purchase. Also, David did not pressure into buying as most of the salesman do. Because of this great buying experience I will highly recommend this establishment to family and friends. I had driven my car about 2 weeks when I decided to use the CD player. The first 3 CD's went in fine. Then it jammed. I was sure I had done something wrong. I called Dave Tubens, who had sold me the car and told me to call if I needed anything. He told me to bring the car in. The next day I drove my car onto the lot. Dave met me and went into service while I sat in the car. In a matter of minutes, he returned with Joanna who arranged for the CD unit to be removed from the car. She calmed me down and said she would call me when the new unit arrived. About a week later, Joanna called me to tell me the unit had arrived. I brought the car in, Joanna greeted me and took me into the waiting room where I could be comfortable while waiting for the car. In a very short time, Joanna came in to tell me my car was finished. she also told me the CD's which I thought were lost to me would be mailed to her and I could pick them up when in the area. Joanna did get the CD's and called me. I forgot about the CD's and did not get back to the dealership for about 2 months but there were the CD's sitting on Joanna's desk waiting for me. Joanna is the person every service area should use as a model on how to treat customers when they come in with problems. She is friendly and professional. The mechanics are also fantastic and the work was done as soon as the car was received. Thanks More
