On his suggestion, we viewed an RX in a color combo that we hadn't previously considered and ended up loving it. When my husband found this car on the internet, he called to the Rallye dealership and spoke with Tony Costanzo, Certified Pre-owned Sales Manager. Tony offered us a price we could not resist. We came to the test drive right away and met with Tony and Dave Tubens, pre-owned car salesman. The GX 470 exceeded our expectation and we decided to buy it . David Tubens was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable with no pressure approach. He explained us all the options and when we decided that we needed a small loan, David introduced us to Gregg Weiss, Financial Manager, who was also a very knowledgeable and professional. In a few days our car was ready and we came to Rallye Lexus to pick-up our new “baby”. Our 2006 GX 470 was waiting for us in the front of the dealership and looked like a brand new car, just came out from the plant. Whatever we wanted and whatever we asked for, everything was done just perfect and without extra cost to us. David Tubens prepared all paperwork and after all documents were signed, he sat with us in the car and explained us all the functions of the equipment. David spent with us great amount of time and answered all our questions. We liked the way he handled our transaction. He is a very professional, honest and knowledgeable salesman who helped us to buy our dream car easy and without any worries and problems. We bought/leased a lot of cars in the past, but never had such a pleasant experience like we had at Rallye Lexus this time. We are very happy with our Lexus and would like to say our big “Thanks” to Dave, Tony and Gregg. Our dream come true because of your honesty and professionalism. This is the second Lexus that I bought from Rallye Lexus in the last year. The first was an RX350 and more recently the ES350. For both transactions the sales person was Leo Cruz. I went back the second time because of the professionalism and excellent customer service that I experienced the first time. The second time was no different. I did visit the other Lexus dealerships on Long Island where I live and I can honestly say they do not come even close to Rallye Lexus in terms of service quality. Leo Cruz is to Rallye Lexus what Victor Cruz was to the NY Giants. More

Dave was able to find me a vehicle immediately. The entire process of buying my car and trading a car in took less than a week. When I picked up my certified Lexus it looked brand new. This was by far the quickest sales experience I've ever experienced. I phoned the dealership on a Monday morning, got into to see the car at 1 and then made the purchasing decision by 2. This is the first time I've ever rated anything, had Kira not been as great as she was, I would never have taken the time to do this. There were many things I liked about Kira:she was friendly, patient, very not been as great as she was, I would never have taken the time to do this. There were many things I liked about Kira:she was friendly, patient, very fair with pricing and extremely knowledgable about the SUV we purchased. Her no pressure approach was exactly what I was looking for in a salesperson, had she pushed at any time I would have run for the door and purchased my vehichle at another dealership. When the sale was done she could have said "thanks for your business" and moved onto the next customer, she didn't. Not only did she personally deliver the car to me at work( I was extremely busy) but she actually offered(and we accepted) to come to our house a few days later to show me and my wife how to use some of the cars technology,(we're technology dopes). Kira also helped us to set up the garage door opener through the car. I would absoluty purchase another car from Kira and would recommend her highly is you visit this dealership. Thanks, Ted More
I recently purchased a 2011 RX 350. I had visited several other dealers before making my way to Rallye Lexus. From the moment I arrived everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. This was in stark contrast to other dealers I visited. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Kevin Losee, my sales consultant. Kevin never made me feel like he was using any high-pressure sales tactics. Instead, Kevin took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle and its options and answered every question in a straightforward manner. Kevin and other Rallye staff also took the time to follow-up with me after my purchase. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle, I cannot imagine going elsewhere or having the pleasure of dealing with anyone nicer or more well-informed than Kevin. -Melissa Driscoll More
I just leased my second Lexus with Josh and Kira at Rallye. I moved to Ct a few years ago, but the prices at Rallye and overall customer service experience keep me leasing out of New York instead of c Rallye. Josh and Kira gave me a great deal on my new Ct200H and were able to take back my old IS250 a year early with no penalty which was really great. Kira has been incredibly helpful throughout the process of leasing the car and continues to be helpful with questions I still have. I also really love my new hybrid ct200h...it's a great car so far...I'm excited to be saving on gas and on parking! More
Hello, My experience with this dealership was terrible, at least. After I read about a posting in this web site I contacted the dealer and a their representative agent told me over the phone and via email at least. After I read about a posting in this web site I contacted the dealer and a their representative agent told me over the phone and via email that I was welcome to visit them and take a close look to the car of my interest. She also implied that the price was negotiable.. and I didn't even asked for it, but I liked what she said and I drove all the way there. Please note that she called me several times to persuade me going there. So, I did go and I spend half day of my life for it... I saw the car, I liked it and when I asked for the price the salesman gave me a different quote than what advertised, obviousily it was more expensive and it was not negotiable. The salesman was also obnoxious and very dismissive. t the end he was not respectful. Even worse is the behavior of the rep I was dealing with before my visit. After that episode I sent her a couple of emails with no replies and I spoke once over the phone asking for a simple explanation. She said she'll call back soon, but she never did. Frankly it's not a civilized way of dealing with a potential customer or any human, I find it offensive and deplorable. More
