He didn't want to show us the car and then did not want to go for a test drive. I got the feeling that he was miserable in his job. I left and was very disillusioned. However, the car was the right car for me, so I decided to go back. I asked to see a different salesman, which turned out to be Dave Tubens. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We came to an agreement on a price, which was a little higher than I had hoped. I gave a deposit. I had a mechanic look at the car and Dave agreed to drive it over, despite this not being the typical policy. I asked for a few things to be done. When I came to pick it up, everything was taken care of and the car was detailed. We communicated before I picked the car up. I have had a few questions after the purchase and Dave returned my calls and provided the answers. My experience with Dave was excellent. He was friendly and seemed interested in helping me. My original experience with the first salesman was awful. I would have to give Rallye Lexus a good to very good rating. If I had met with Dave to begin with, the rating would have been excellent.
