I purchased my car a few days before moving to another state so they even had someone go to that state's DMV to register my car so I didn't have to. Truely better service than an other Dealership, and I have owned Mercedes from Rallye Roslyn and Range Rover from Glen Cove and Lincoln from Port Motors to name a few. Cars are not perfect, they do need care. The Rallye Lexus Service department and everyone connected with it represent the finest cutomer service experience ,I've ever had. This was the 3rd Lexus that I have purchased, the 1st from Rallye Lexus, and by far the best car shopping experience that I have had. I saw the car advertised on Cars.com and when I saw it in person at Ralley it was even better than it had been described and nicer than I had expected. David went out of his way to accommodate our schedule as we were driving from about 2 hours away. He was very kind over the phone and even nicer and more knowledgable in person. I also want to add that Denise in the office was terrific and helped me out immensely. I would recommend this dealership and David Tubens to anyone and definitely plan on visiting Rallye Lexus for my next car purchase. More
