This was my second car purchase, and my first without my dad who passed away. I absolutely HATE dealing with car dealers, but that was before I met Kevin Losee. I have known Josh Weiss for awhile. Let's put it this way, my family has leased 6 cars from him and I have referred people I know to him. My time is usually very limited so there is n time wasted. I am literally in and out in 30 minutes. How many people can say that about a car dealership. It usually takes hours of back and forth. You get what you pay for and they take service to the next level. Mike Reidy from the service side of the dealership is very nice too. He tells you what your car needs when you bring it in for maintenance. More

That same precision was afforded to my wife when we picked up the car. The purchase was a surprise to my wife, and Kevin was terrific in playing along with my game plan and helped ensure I got the car when I requested it. Along with my trade in and down payment, I wanted to finance some of the cost of the vehicle, so I had the pleasure of doing business with Finance Manager Wayne Foisy. Wayne was excellent in explaining the business transaction.His focus to details ensured I knew exactly what I had to provide to him and when , thus resulting in accurate and quick completion on the financing paper work. I wanted to have the vehicle quickly and Wayne pushed to have the financing completed and helped to ensure my deadline was met. The day that we were suppose to pick up the car, the machine that creates NY registration sticker broke. He notified me about this issue early in the afternoon and said he will let me know that we could pick up that car on that day. He called and told me that the issue is not resolved yet but he assured me that if the machine gets fixed he would let me know. Well, the machine did get fixed but it was late in the day. Kevin told me he would stay late if we want to come and pick up the car. We got to the dealer after closing time but Kevin was there waiting for us. He took care of the paper work and then showed us all the feature of the car, it was very late by the time we were done. I would recommend Kevin and Rally Lexus. More
