A good salesman should be able to adapt to the type of client they are dealing with. If I know the car and want to get in and out, do that. If I have a million questions, then spend time and answer them i client they are dealing with. If I know the car and want to get in and out, do that. If I am looking at one vehicle and you think you may have something that is a better fit for me, then by all means suggest it. Kevin is extremely knowledgable about his product. Many of you know this is sometimes rare among car salespeople. Kevin patiently answered all of my questions and then some. He took care of all the paperwork and details quickly and efficiently. Driving from northern Virginia we encountered several traffic backups - especially on 95, which caused us to arrived about two hours later than we had anticipated.
