Honest I have been to many dealerships over the last few months because my Lexus lease was coming to an end. I have to say after going to the other lexus de I have been to many dealerships over the last few months because my Lexus lease was coming to an end. I have to say after going to the other lexus dealerships, I was no longer going to lease a Lexus. Then I heard about this dealership. I went on line and read the reviews. My husband and I drove over and couldn't believe the difference. You feel it as soon as you walk in the door. It is a welcoming, relaxing and enjoyable experience. I was shocked. Again, friendly, asked me about the problem, and accommodated me with a morning appointment on short notice. They told me I should be out within 45 minutes of my appointment. I arrived, was met by a very nice gentleman. Problem was addressed, fixed, and I was out in half an hour. I have dealt with other Lexus dealerships in the past, this was my first experience at this dealer. Needless to say this is my only choice for any future service and or vehicles. They are far above the others. More
