From the time my wife and I walked up to the front desk until the time we drove away with our new car, all employees we met were professional, non-aggressive, and came across with a high degree of honesty. It truly was a pleasant experience. Our Sales Representative, Kevin Losse made us feel so comfortable, answered all our questions, and honestly made us feel like we were buying our car from a relative. Our Delivery Specialist - Louis Checo - also couldn't have been nicer, explaining all the tech additions on the car, and answering all our questions. I would definitely return to Rallye for my next car, and have no problem recommending them to others. More

Our kids all own beautiful cars with the latest safety features. We were just going to look at what was available. We were shown multiple SUVs and all were very fine. When we sat down to get particulars, something about Neil, our salesman , seemed familiar. I asked him had he been at a different dealership 17 years prior. I told him I thought he had sold us the car we were now returning. He had the same demeanor,very nice, and we felt comfortable dealing with him. The end of this story continues when I cleaned out the car for its return and trade in. There in the Lexus book was Neil's card . He was our salesman for our first Lexus. We are so pleased with the dealership, Neil and, of course ,our new RX350. More

We visited 2 other Lexus dealerships - one lied to us that the 2016 car they were selling us was actually a 2017 one and the sales consultant in the other dealership was pushy. Neil was courteous, pleasant and never pressured us. I work in human resources and he is the epitome of an excellent prouder of client service. Truly, outstanding service. Luis, the DVS, was patient and explained all the various components of the car, and this while standing in 90 degrees humid weather.
