I was immediately greeted, and paired with Josh Weiss (highly recommend) who graciously accepted my bottom line and competition pricing from other dealerships. Negotiations were upfront, civil, and benefitted both of us! I was able to test drive, negotiate and purchase the exact car I wanted within 2 hours! They also gave me a competitive trade in price. This experience was exponentially better than my experience with Bay Ridge Lexus in Brooklyn, where parking was non-existent, my consultant did not have an office, did not appear to be informed about the cars, financing options, extras. Rallye Lexus redeemed the experience. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I dealt with Kevin Losee and he was very patient with me and honest and upfront about the cost of the car and explained about the benefits for my needs and why leasing would benefit me. I think its important for a dealership to explain to customers upfront what the expenses are and he did. The manager at this dealership was also very helpful and I find the staff very friendly and accommodating. I like the idea when you go in for service with your car that they have work areas so you don't waste anytime. Joanna Oates is very accommodating in the service department. I love the freshly baked cookies they have during the week when you have your car serviced! Its a nice treat. More
