It was easy to make an appointment and Maurice Waldo was our sales rep. He was fairly new to the dealership but did a great job making us feel comfortable and we didn't have to go back and forth too much to get to the price we wanted. Maurice was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. When picking up the car, another associate was very patient and thorough went going over the new options on the car. Maurice went out of his way for us as well. I was busy on the phone with a work call and accidentally took the keys home for the leased RX350 we just returned. Instead of asking for us to drive back he immediately offeres to drive himself to our home to pick up the keys. Now thats service. Thanks Maurice. More
