I negotiated a purchase for my daughter with a fair trade in of her old vehicle. And when my wife asked about a future purchase for herself, we ended up trading in another car we owned for a great used car (looks brand new with under 5,000 miles). I explained to him that I knew what I wanted as I visited a prior dealer a test drove but wanted to offer Rallye a chance for my business. Neil the salesman expressed annoyance when he had to get up a second time to check inventory for colors available (as I didn't indicate color to him originally - why didn't he ask?). I presented a letter to him that the dealership mailed to me about employee pricing. He didn't even offer to read it and said he would be back with pricing. The price he came back with was $3,000 higher than the prior dealer offered. When I told him what I needed (and knew was possible since the prior dealer offered) he said no. He didn't even offer to bring a manager over. Basically he was very short with us and I believe because he had another customer waiting for him. Neil - to us it was obvious that you do not like what you do. Stop selling cars and find something else that will make you happy. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience... NO GAMES! I recently leased a 2016 Lexus IS 300 F Sport. I spoke with Maurice over the phone and he was extremely respectful even though I had given him a littl I recently leased a 2016 Lexus IS 300 F Sport. I spoke with Maurice over the phone and he was extremely respectful even though I had given him a little bit of an attitude. I was upset since I had made a deal a week prior with LEXUS of Rockville Center. However, the staff at Lexus RVC went back on the deal on a IS 300 (NO F SPORT) that was agreed upon. I put insurance on the car and signed ALL the paperwork but before signing the contract they hit me with an EXTRA $433 down payment. After consulting with the sales managers they refused to bring the price back down to the agreed down payment. I refused the deal and left the dealership after spending 3 Hours there wasting time. As I was walking out the finance manager had the curtesy of saying "You did us a favor for not taking the car"!!!!!. Well I will NEVERRRRR!!!!! purchase a car from Lexus RVC. I spoke with Maurice from Rallye Lexus and he found me a better car (F SPORT). Maurice and the staff at Rallye gave me the EXACT same deal I originally had with RVC for a more expensive car. When I got there the staff was very respectful and courteous. Everyone there greeted me and asked if I was being helped or if they could do anything to help me. Maurice was working with another customer but still found the time to get my paperwork started and ensured everything was running smooth. The Rallye finance manager was very nice and did not try to throw extra warranties and insurances down my throat. Joseph the delivery specialist was very helpful and informative. He set up the Lexus Enform app and clearly explained all the features of my new car. When it came time to sign the contract I dealt with Maurice not a finance manager. After all the heartache I went through when Maurice told me what I owed out of pocket it came out to being $40 cheaper than what he originally quoted me. I would recommend Maurice and all the staff at Rallye Lexus to anyone interested in a Lexus. More
